About STEAM FBLA
Our Mission and Values

STEAM FBLA empowers students to lead with purpose,
STEAM FBLA empowers students to grow through academic competitions, leadership training, career exploration, and real-world experiences. We provide opportunities for members to develop critical skills, give back through service projects, and connect with mentors and professionals across the country.
FBLA gives students the skills, experience, and opportunities to lead with purpose. Through hands-on learning, career exploration, and academic competition, our members prepare for success in college, business, and beyond. Our chapter blends rigorous preparation with a supportive community, creating an environment where every student can discover their strengths, explore their passions, and achieve their goals.

Leadership
Inspiring Others Through Action
We challenge our members to step forward, take initiative, and lead by example. Whether it’s running a meeting, organizing an event, or mentoring a peer, leadership is about empowering others to succeed while growing your own confidence and skills.
Innovation
Creative Solutions for Real Challenges
Our members learn to think strategically and adapt to change. Through competitions, projects, and problem-solving activities, we embrace new ideas, use technology creatively, and turn challenges into opportunities.

Service
Making a Difference Where It Matters
Community involvement is at the heart of STEAM FBLA. From school events to local service projects, our members give their time and talents to create meaningful impact, showing that true leadership starts with service to others.
Excellence
Striving for Our Personal Best
We set ambitious goals and work hard to achieve them—whether it’s advancing to national competitions or completing a successful service project. Excellence is not just about winning; it’s about growth, resilience, and pride in our accomplishments.

Our Impact
Turning Ambition Into Action
At STEAM FBLA, success isn’t just measured by trophies or titles—it’s reflected in the skills our members gain, the communities we serve, and the leaders we help shape. Every project, competition, and event is an opportunity to make a tangible difference.
In Our Schools and Community
From broadcasting games and working event gates to organizing donation drives and mentoring younger students, our members make a visible difference. Our projects address real needs while giving students leadership experience that can’t be learned in a classroom alone.
